Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Denver, CO (On-site)
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

What You’ll Do As Payroll Manager:
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for around 2,000 employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Supervise and support payroll team members.
- Review payroll edits, timesheets, and payroll requests.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal policies and procedures.
- Oversee payroll tax reporting and filings.
- Prepare certified payroll and labor reports.
- Handle garnishments, including child support and tax levies.
- Coordinate with the accounting team and serve as the primary liaison for payroll-related matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wage and hour laws.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and system enhancements.
- Support system upgrades and integrations for the payroll platform.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of relevant payroll experience
- Proven ability to manage complex payroll systems and large employee populations.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
