Lakeshore Talent is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to drive business development efforts. While a background in staffing/recruiting is preferred, we welcome sales professionals with experience in a B2B environment to apply.

Base pay of $80-$100K plus a lucrative commission structure
Position Overview
This position will develop strategic relationships with companies in the Denver Metro area, focusing on business with hiring needs in our areas of expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and staffing/recruitment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
The goal of this position is to acquire new clients, establish a strong foundation for long-term partnerships, and seamlessly transition clients to our fulfillment team of Account Managers and Recruiters to manage the job order process.
Responsibilities:

Identify and engage prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, and direct outreach.

Leverage tools like ZoomInfo to obtain accurate contact details for potential clients.

Reach out to prospects through a mixture of cold calling, emails, texts, and LinkedIn messaging

Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn; track leads, statuses, and key details.

Schedule and conduct client meetings to introduce new clients to the value of Lakeshore Talent, with an end goal of establishing a staffing partnership.

Prepare and present professional services proposals tailored to client needs.

Negotiate MSA’s and rate terms in partnership with leadership

Act as a market expert to advise clients on best practices regarding talent acquisition.

Primarily focus on building new client relationships

Present new and innovative ideas to grow our client base.

Maintain constant and consistent communication with prospective clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking events and the use of social media with the goal of consistently generating business opportunities

Collaborate with recruiters to align client needs with recruiting strategies.
Requirements:

BA/BS degree preferred.

A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in a professional environment

Ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well building your own book of business

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on warmth, customer service, and engagement

Strong internet research skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. Ability to easily grasp and embrace new technologies.
